Non ho mai provato ha farlo ma l'ho mangiato diverse volte in Trentino, ed e' veramente buono. Ho trovato una ricetta abbastanza semplice pochi giorni fa, ci proverò sicuramente. Gli ingredienti principali sono proprio frutta secca e miele l'inverno e' il periodo giusto per farlo.

a Sara: mai provato a fare quel dolce alino che i Tirolesi chiamano lo Zelten? è una focaccia con noci nocciole pinoli e uva passa. ma vi sono in alcune versioni anche delle prugne secche o delle albicocche. come tutte le ricette popolane ha un alto grado di possibilità di belle variazioni.

P Piccolo da Chioggia : fare un composto con farina di ceci e acqua e' un valido sostituto delle uova. Per sostituire la cottura al forno può usare una padella antiaderente a fuoco lento.

a Sara l'Intingola: se volessi farmela fare, questa leccornia, ma senza le uova che legante si dovrebbe usare? la farina di ceci mi dicono oppure la maizena (che in un paio di buoni produttori è ora garantita non-ogm). è comunque davvero un piatto unico perchè assai ricco. l'esperienza purtroppo insegna però che una leccornia tira l'altra e si sbocconcella tutto per pura questione di golosità...
